Our Process
Through our teams years of experience we have developed a robust and effective building process which removes the stress, hidden costs, quality issues and hold ups of building a house.

Steps to your dream home
1.
Initial design and process meeting
We visit your property to discuss and document your ideas, requirements, house plans and budget. This is where we learn about your vision for your new home and can help offer some inspiration by taking you through some of our recently completed projects.
2.
Concept and design of your new house
Design and briefing meetings are held to develop your concept plan and cost estimate. We work with until you are happy with the drawings so several revisions and meetings may be required. If you already have plans made up, we can review them and provide you with an estimate quickly. We can show you from our 50 designs which are all customizable at no cost to you.
3.
Acceptance of estimate and plan preparation
On acceptance of the estimate, your house plans will be prepared. Your selections are documented in the specification and your working drawings are prepared, presented and finalised.
4.
Contract documents and council building approval
A Fixed Price Contract is prepared and presented to you for approval. Once you are satisfied, the contract documents, including the building contract, working drawings, specifications are signed. We will prepare and lodge with the building approval application, whether it is DA or CDC.
5.
Colour selection/finishes
Whilst your plans are being processed, you can select the colours and finishes for your new house.We will take you through and show you samples of the various colours and materials available. But dont worrying because we are flexible if you change your mind before we install or paint materials.
6.
Construction and project management
Construction of your new home will commence soon after approval is granted. We will provide you with regular updates on the progress at each building stage with photos and site meetings.
7.
Completion
On completion, your new house will be professionally cleaned and a thorough quality check will be done. At this point you will be invited to come and inspect your new home with the Project Manager where we will present you with the keys along with an information pack about the house and product warranties.
